To say 2020 has been full of surprises is an understatement. We’ve seen it all this year (I hope) from the expected everyday surprises to the unexpected disruptions that will shape the way we live and work for decades. It’s also during these uncertain times that hundreds of thousands of people have remained on the front lines to service the critical infrastructure that keeps our world running. These field service heroes are powering remote workforces, online education, and healthcare facilities - often with fewer resources and more responsibilities than ever before. Here at Zinier, our mission is to help these essential teams perform at their best, while navigating the unexpected.Today, I’m excited to welcome new leaders who share our passion for empowering these unsung heroes with modern technology built for not only surviving, but thriving, in the complex world of field service.
