Zinier welcomes ServiceMax marketing leader as Head of Demand Generation

During the past year of change and uncertainty, the team at Zinier has been busy investing and transforming our platform and product. Our nomination as an IDC Innovator earlier last month is a strong testimony to the team’s hard work, reinforcing the value our low-code platform brings to field service organizations. As the economy rebounds from the recession triggered by the pandemic, it is time for us to rev up our marketing engine and showcase our best-in-class technology to our customers. I am beyond delighted to welcome Sudarson Ghosh to the Zin Team as Head of Demand Generation to guide us on this mission.

With over a decade of experience in B2B Tech marketing across some of the sectors that our customers are in - including but not limited to data centres and telecommunications - as well as most recently SaaS at Servicemax, Sudarson brings a wealth of expertise to Zinier. Coupled with his international experience and hyper-growth mindset, Sudarson truly exemplifies our values, and I personally cannot think of a better person than Sudarson to lead Zinier in the next phase of our growth journey.

At Zinier, we pride ourselves in creating a solution that not only meets the need of the modern world, but also prepares organizations for the future. We are defining a new category of field service automation for our customers, which is both an incredible opportunity and formidable undertaking. Sudarson and team will be taking on this challenge, leading the charge on developing a holistic integrated marketing communications program for Zinier across our digital and offline channels and all aspects of demand generation - from brand strategy and campaigns to in-person events.

As you might be able to tell, there are many reasons for us at Zinier to be excited, but I do want to take this opportunity to share that next on our calendar is the virtual summit of Field Service 2021.
